Server Log File

This website processes the following personal data in a server log file for the purpose of monitoring technical functionality and increasing server operation security, based on the overriding legitimate interest of the controller (technical security measures):

This data is stored temporarily for a period of four hours in a personally identifiable manner. Afterwards, the IP address and hostname are anonymized.

Information on Data Processing Related to Google Analytics

If the data controller is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the data processing by Google Analytics is conducted by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are referred to hereafter as "Google."

Google LLC is certified under the Privacy Shield and guarantees an adequate level of data protection. Data associated with cookies, user IDs, or advertising IDs is deleted automatically after 50 months. Data deletion occurs automatically once a month.

This involves sending your IP address and other data to Google. Google shortens your IP address within the EU or EEA before transmission; only in exceptional cases is the full IP sent to a US server.

Spam Protection with Google reCAPTCHA

We have integrated Google reCAPTCHA in our website forms to verify whether data entries are made by humans or bots. This tool automatically analyzes visitor behavior using data like IP address, duration on site, and mouse movements. Processed data includes usage data (visited page, date/time, mouse movements) and communication data (IP address, browser type, OS). The purpose is to prevent abuse of our contact form and increase security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
