Information on Data Processing Related to Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Ireland Limited. If the data controller is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the data processing by Google Analytics is conducted by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are referred to hereafter as "Google."
Google Analytics uses "cookies," small text files stored on the visitor’s computer that allow analysis of website usage by the visitor. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is generally transferred to a Google server and stored there.
Google Analytics is used exclusively on this website with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. This extension ensures anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal identification. The IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states or other states party to the EEA agreement before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
Google uses the information collected on behalf of the site operator to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The legitimate interest is the optimization of this website, analysis of website use, and content adjustment. User interests are adequately protected by pseudonymization.
Google LLC is certified under the Privacy Shield and guarantees an adequate level of data protection. Data associated with cookies, user IDs, or advertising IDs is deleted automatically after 50 months. Data deletion occurs automatically once a month.
You can prevent Google Analytics tracking by adjusting cookie settings for this website or by installing the browser plugin at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can also prevent Google Analytics tracking by clicking the opt-out link on this website, which sets an opt-out cookie to prevent future data collection.
More information on Google’s data use and settings can be found in Google’s privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).
reCAPTCHA
To protect your inquiries via internet forms, we use Google’s reCAPTCHA service. This distinguishes whether the input is made by a human or abusive automated processing. This involves sending your IP address and other data to Google. Google shortens your IP address within the EU or EEA before transmission; only in exceptional cases is the full IP sent to a US server.
Google uses this data to evaluate your use of the service. IP addresses submitted during reCAPTCHA are not merged with other Google data. Google’s separate privacy policies apply: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
Spam Protection with Google reCAPTCHA
We have integrated Google reCAPTCHA in our website forms to verify whether data entries are made by humans or bots. This tool automatically analyzes visitor behavior using data like IP address, duration on site, and mouse movements. Processed data includes usage data (visited page, date/time, mouse movements) and communication data (IP address, browser type, OS). The purpose is to prevent abuse of our contact form and increase security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data recipients are Google Ireland Ltd (Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland) and our website hosting provider. Personal data is processed within the EU; retention period is set by Google Ireland Limited. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
